Also known as neuromodulators. Softens expression lines on the forehead, between the brows and around the eyes. Dosed conservatively so you still look like you, just less tired.

Fine micro-injections of a light hyaluronic acid skin booster that hydrate from within, improve texture and soften fine lines. Usually done as a short series.

### PRP and PRF Facials

Microneedling combined with your own platelet-rich plasma or fibrin to support collagen, tone and texture. The same regenerative principles I use for joints, applied to skin.

PRP injections, microneedling and exosome therapy to support thinning hair, including the hair changes many women notice in perimenopause.

## What your visit looks like

Aesthetic treatments are done in person on my Fernie days. Your consult and treatment can usually happen in the same visit.

- Consult and assessment. We talk about what bothers you, what you want, and your health history.
- A clear plan. I'll recommend what will actually help, how many sessions to expect and what it costs, before anything is done.
- Treatment. Done by me, with comfort measures where needed.
- Follow-up. We check results and adjust at your next Fernie visit.

Before you book

## Fernie Aesthetics questions, answered

Will I look frozen or overdone?

No. My approach is conservative. It's easy to add more at a follow-up and much better than starting with too much.

How long do wrinkle-relaxing injections last?

Typically about 3 to 4 months. My Fernie schedule works well for keeping results consistent.

Is there downtime?

Most treatments have little to none. Microneedling and PRP or PRF facials can leave skin pink for a day or two. I'll walk you through aftercare for your specific treatment.

Why is PRP only offered in Fernie?

PRP is within naturopathic scope of practice in BC but not in Alberta, so Fernie is the only one of my locations where I offer it.

Is aesthetics covered by insurance?

Aesthetic treatments are not typically covered by extended health plans.
