Regenerative injection therapy and hormone care in Fernie
I keep people in the game, not on the sidelines. Whether it's a knee that hasn't been right since that ski season, a shoulder that won't settle, or midlife hormone changes that are getting in the way, I'll help you figure out what's going on and treat it properly.

Built for mountain-town bodies
For the injuries that keep pulling you off the hill, the trail or the bike
Most of my Fernie patients are active people who don't want to stop. They've tried rest, physio and anti-inflammatories, and the problem keeps coming back. Regenerative injection therapy targets the ligaments, tendons and joints that haven't fully healed, so you can get back to what you love and stay there.
Therapies available in Fernie
The right therapy for what's going on in the tissue
I choose the therapy based on your assessment, not a one-size-fits-all protocol. Many visits combine more than one.
PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma)
Uses your own blood's healing factors for more significant tendon and joint injuries. Available in Fernie only, since PRP is within ND scope in BC.
Prolotherapy
Stimulates your body's own repair response in weakened ligaments and tendons.
Prolozone and Ozone
Combines prolotherapy with ozone for joints, disc issues and tissue that need an extra anti-inflammatory push.
Neural Therapy
Targets disrupted nerve signaling that keeps pain or dysfunction stuck in place.
Perineural Therapy
Calms irritated peripheral nerves close to the skin's surface.
Trigger Point Injections
Releases the tight, painful knots in muscle that refer pain elsewhere.

Midlife hormone care
You've done the research. Let's have the conversation.
Midlife hormone shifts shouldn't mean giving up the energy and clarity you've always had. If you're in perimenopause or menopause and you've been dismissed, delayed or told to just wait it out, I'll take you seriously.
In BC, I have full prescribing rights for estrogen and progesterone, so we can assess, prescribe and adjust your care directly. Your first visit and treatment planning can happen in person on a Fernie day, with follow-ups done virtually.
Before you book
What to expect
It depends on what we're treating. Most people need 3 to 6 treatments. Because I'm in Fernie every 4 to 6 weeks, we'll plan your injections around my Fernie dates.
Many of the formulas I use include a local anesthetic to keep you comfortable. Soreness for a day or two afterward is normal, and some people don't feel any at all.
I recommend modified activity, never no activity. Movement is part of how tissue heals, so I'll give you specific guidance on what to scale back and for how long.
No referral is needed. If you've had an X-ray, MRI or ultrasound, please send the written report, not the images themselves.
Yes. Once we've done your initial assessment, most hormone follow-ups can be done by video, Monday to Friday.
It depends on your plan. Your invoice lists the visit and the injection supplies separately. Some extended health plans cover both, while others cover only the visit.
You don't have to keep working around it.
Book a visit on my next Fernie dates, or start with a virtual consult.
