A short, six-question Canadian tool to help you and your healthcare provider talk through symptoms and options. Their For Women page explains treatment choices, including hormone and non-hormonal approaches.

Alberta Health Services' patient guide to common symptoms, a whole-person approach, and working with your healthcare team. Includes a downloadable patient guide you can print.
Canadian Menopause Society
Canada's professional society for menopause care, with plain-language information for women on what is happening in your body and the treatment options available.
