Sleep visits with Dr. Tricia Breckon, ND
Sleep better this winter
Alberta didn't fall back this year, and darker mornings are coming. Let's get your sleep sorted before they do.
Is this you?
Sleep problems rarely have just one cause, which is why they are so hard to fix on your own. If any of these sound familiar, this visit is for you.
Why now?
Morning light is one of the main signals that sets your body clock. With Alberta staying on daylight time, the sun won't be up until close to 9:40am by late December. For a lot of people that means harder nights, groggier mornings and lower energy all winter. The sooner you adjust, the easier the season is.
What happens at your visit
We look at the whole picture
Stress, hormones, pain, nutrition, blood sugar and your daily routines can all affect sleep.
We talk about testing
We'll discuss whether any lab testing would be useful for you, so nothing is guesswork.
You leave with a plan
Everyone leaves with a personalized winter sleep plan they can start right away.
Choose your visit
Book by Sunday, November 1, for a sleep visit any time in November. Regular visit fees apply and are shown when you book. Naturopathic visits are often covered by extended health benefits, so check your plan.

Your first visit is 60 minutes, so we can go through your full health history and sleep picture.
It's been more than a year?
A 45-minute renewal visit gives us time to catch up on what's changed.
Seen me in the past year?
A 30-minute follow-up is plenty to focus on your sleep.
